As the 'admin' of the wikia 'wiki' I can say that it functionally works fine, its fine to update, edit, post pictures to, etc. It's just a matter of how much time do you want to spend managing a wiki? As I understand it, there is little to no automation 'things' that wikia provides (though I could just have not found them or know what to look for, I'm no programmer). If the community wants to enter data and keep it updated, they are more than welcome to continue to use the wikia that I have set up. If someone really truely wants to take over administration of it, feel free to send me a forum PM here, I likely won't give you full reign over it, but over time if I see you are adding/updating lots of content I will certainly consider giving it up as I do not plan to do much more with it.
If the github wiki is able to be automated via amit's tankstats, or otherwise, personally I think the community should adopt that site as its 'wiki', especially if it also allows public editing of guides and tactics and such. Automation of base data leaves more time for people to add 'interesting' investments into a wiki, and also ensures accurate, up to date information on things people commonly lookup (base damage, shields, drops, etc.).
I haven't really kept up with this thread, this board, or even the game itself much lately as I find it fun for about 10-20 minutes then think it is the same monotony that it was 6 months ago, but these are my thoughts about what a 'wiki' should be.

Hi Ood,
I've been working on testing Grid a lot lately, as well as updating and maintaining the Wiki. I am a relatively old tester; before I played, I monitored Grid12's progress, and one day decided to get ahold of Tarbomb for a key, which he provided. If I had to hazard a guess at my account age, I'd say I've had it for about a year and a half, so I do have quite a bit of experience.
I have a history with leadership and testing when it comes to games. I've moderated a forum and server which had about a 100,000 person community (not exaggerating) - it was the top server in all of Minecraft for quite a while. I've also alpha and beta tested several well-known games including Minecraft, Terraria, Starbound (I am an ongoing tester for Starbound), and Runescape. I was also a private tester for Realm of the Mad God for a few months; I was in the first group, which were chosen as the head testers. If it's any consolation, I am also the founder of a top 20 RotMG guild known as Ragnarok, and during my time as Founder (6+ months), we have never died off as a guild.
If you would like proof of any of this information, I would happily provide it to you.
I have a lot of experience with Wiki editing and HTML (as well as other web knowledge - I'm going to be going to college with the intentions of getting a CS degree), and I feel like I would fit in well with the task of being the primary editor and leader of the Grid12 Wiki.
Get back to me, regardless of your answer, I'd appreciate it. Thanks!

Thanks! ~isra Besides the fact that you instead of sending a PM posted in a thread, I'm more disappointed by the fact you're assuming HTML is in some way related to CS. Same goes for CSS or similar stuff. That is design, not programming, even though it is performed through code. The only thing related to CS and design is the language interpreter.

Hi Trapped, I am fully aware that HTML does not closely relate to CS, however HTML and CSS are a bit of a necessity when it comes to managing and editing a wiki page. That's all. No need to attack me, dude. If you find my post offensive in some way, I'll remove it.

Didn't mean to attack you, I was just a bit annoyed since it's full of people lately filling CS courses thinking that, for example, these two languages are actually programming languages. Evidently that doesn't relate with you. Damn, english is really ambiguous, it's the second time that this happens. No more english from now on. Only kebab.

My previous post wasn't really a call for proposals. It was more a state of the wiki at the moment. If you want admin don't waste your time here making needless posts and arguing with fellow testers, just go update the wiki.
Aside from that, the wikia is in wiki formatting, which can be quite different from HTML or whatever other language you want to throw out that you know about to make you look smarter.
Tuberculosis: I shall have two please.
