Load issues, tried pw change

Hi im having the load issues where i only get preformance stats and a circle on a black screen. i can click and make a red dot and make the circle have a long triangle on it. Also sometimes i can open up chat and type some things but it does not appear.

I have tried refreshing page, changing pw multiple times and logging in and out and nothing has worked.

I know there is a thread on the loading issue but it has not got a responce yet for the people that the pw change does not work for and i am very anxious to play.

Any suggestions much appreaciated

Clearing cache means just deleteing browser history correcT? i did that didnt work then changed pw again and didnt work

No, it isn't the same, clear your cache.
If you don't know how, try searching:
"How do I clear cache in (insert browser name)"

Cleared it, restarted computer and changed pw again. still not working, thanks for advise though

Edit: Also cleared flash players cache still nada, tried playing on a standalone projecter but when i hit play it exited the whole window. Ive looked at a bunch of solutions online and none of them seem to be working, its not a sound card issue, i have the latest version of flash player, this is the only flash game so far that is doing this to me. i really dont know what else to do

EDIT AGAIN: Anyone here play with IE8? im on IE8 not the newest version which is 9, could this be the problem? My father says IE9 is crap and he doesnt want it

Im not a computer person but I think it has something to do with my account? im at a friends house on his desktop and it does the same thing


Zainktor i have not, i only have IE. If i cannot find a way on IE then ill try and convince my dad to let me put a different web browser on, hes so scared of viruses and plugging the computer up with shit its rediculous haha. Ill have to buy my own computer before i move out

Well i did try a flash standalone projecter and it also failed but it failed when i pressed play and shut down

Have you tried using a different web browser?
I had the same problem when playing through Internet Explorer ,but it works fine on
Google Chrome.

Ok ive given up, i got 2 of my friends from realm to log into my account and try it and they were having the same problem. So i assumed it must just be my account that is screwed up so i used an extra code someone gave to me to make a new account and it is also bunk.

Ill probly give away the second account with the alt email so someone else can enjoy this game.

Hm... I've had the problem before, but clearing cache or just waiting a day or so usually fixed it.

I DID IT, I THINK IT WAS STUPID INTERNET EXPLORER, ALSO THE STANDALONE FLASH PROJECTER I TRIED WAS OUTDATED. Downloaded the latest standalone and it works now fuckin eh thanks guys

But as an fyi, you should let whoever gets the alt know about /choosename beforehand, just in case he wants to name the alt himself and doesn't know that you can choose names as much as you want.
