Cutlass is an excellent class, if a bit niche. I don't think that it needs a buff or a nerf; it's a tank that does one thing and does it well.
On what I said in-game of the security tower being too easy to orbit: I've changed my opinion. It requires a good bit of precision to orbit, and is highly affected by lag; orbiting one long-term as one would do with a watchtower, while possible, is not easy and represents a significant increase in scouting difficulty.
Now that delete and liquidate are combined we really need a liquidate confirm button (possibly toggle-able). Accidentally liquidating level 13 tank unlocks for 0.03 isn't pleasant.
Ghost tanks are still there.
