Small bug: i.imgur.com/Q6nTpzA.pngFor whatever reason the red convoy dot did not disappear. The convoy was not present when I went to investigate. Also, it had lasted for perhaps 10-15 minutes before I finally decided to screen shot it. I was solo, so when I reloaded the game it was gone. I have no idea if other players would have been able to see it.

Crunch I've had that same bug happen before, even took a screeny, but it disappeared shortly after. And no one else had seen it. Just a rare bug I guess.

It's starting to look more and more like convoys are going to have a lessened focus in the builds to come. I'm not opposed to this, though I think it might do them more help to then be joined in with other projects, rather than kind of just being the left out fat girl of the group.

I'm not opposed to this, though I think it might do them more help to then be joined in with other projects, rather than kind of just being the left out fat girl of the group. It used to be that convoys were the most rewarding thing to do. Now there are other rewarding activities. I think maybe convoy loot is currently eclipsed by the rewards of minerals and town-building. But I personally find convoys to be the most dynamic & fun element of the game, and with some loot balancing they can return to the forefront if that's what we decide to do.

That seems like a bit of a vicious cycle, rob. Buff convoys, risk towsn/minerals becoming obsolete, but buff those and you risk convoys becoming obsolete. What about having them focus on different hangs? Town levels already give you a nice stream of unlocks and minerals already give you a nice stream of storage. While it's nice to fight something that gives you a little bit of everything, it would be nice if some convoys specialized in coin or module drops. That way. You could genuinely get good mods from voy hunting, if you fought the right (harder?) voys. As for the coin thing, they aren't gonna stay anyway, but although I might be coming off as one of those assholes who wants everything for free, something that could be cool is that coins, upon the game's release, could drop from certain voys and regionbosses, but only from those, and only very, very rarely. Like 1 or 0.5% chance, maybe even less. That would keep the coin incentive for voys that we currently have without rendering buying coins obsolete. Of course, maybe as more content and items are added, coin drops being a thng will be unnecessary, but we'll see.
