I've registered an IRC channel for Grid12 over on Sorcery (same server as the realm IRC). The address is: irc.sorcery.net #Grid12. If you don't have an IRC client you can use KiwiIRC (webchat).
This is, in general, the place you should go to if you have communications where time is a factor; for example, checking if the server is up, or announcing region bosses.
This is a fan channel and is not formally associated with Jetbolt in any way. Jetbolt is not responsible for the content of any chatroom.
Ops: amitp, David, Frogboffin
Current beta testers are indicated by voice (+v, indicated by a + to the left of the name or a speaker if you're using mibbit). If you're a beta tester, make sure you're registered (/msg nickserv help register) and ask one of the ops to add you to the auto-voice list; henceforth you'll be automatically given voice when you log in.

Tips:
To register your current nickname, send a PM to nickserv as follows:
After registering, you can log in (identify) by:
If someone else is using a nick you registered, do this to reclaim your nick:
Further options, commands, etc. can be found by sending the HELP command to nickserv.
The ops cannot help you if you forget your password. If you need to reset it, head over to #help on sorcery and talk to the server admins there.

Rules:
- No spamming. Period. Anyone who spams the chatroom maliciously is liable to be kicked without warning. Spambots will be banned on sight.
- If something is longer than 10 lines, don't paste it in the chat. Put it on pastebin or something similar.
- Don't spam the chatroom asking for invite codes. Asking nicely once or twice is okay, but filling the page up with begging is not acceptable or using mass pings (i.e. putting everyone's name in your chat message) isn't acceptable.
- Do not impersonate others. Impersonating a dev or an op is strictly forbidden. Please let us know if somebody is impersonating you (proof helps if we've never seen you before).
- Be civil and treat others as you would like to be treated, and don't harass or annoy others (joking around is fine, deliberate baiting, trolling, or flaming is not). I'm not going to write down any hard-and-fast rules for this; use your best judgement. If your behavior crosses the line you will be warned through either pubchat or PM; continuation of the offending behavior will result in a kick, and, if it persists, a ban.
- Label NSFW links and images as NSFW.
- If you have any comments or complaints about the chatroom (any, really!), report them to an op, or post it on this thread. We don't know what your user experience is like if you don't tell us!
