Greetings, you brave, brave testers!
We just pushed build 99, which includes the following changes:
* Show squadron tags on players * Show squadron tags and names in stats page * Display name and hp of moused-over enemies * Rewrite pane system * Fix bug where some armada boss kills weren't credited
To see mouseover info for enemies, you'll need to enable it on the options screen. Do we want this info for players too?
I spent a lot of time rewriting the floor pane system. It uses significantly less CPU and memory and as a result, pane fade is now permanently enabled. The system should be less sloppy about letting you get off of the center of your pane circle too. To make this work, I had to ditch the Starcraft-like creep pane decay, and replace it with an all-at-once system. I've noticed (but can't reliably reproduce) a bug that occasionally draws a normal (non-creep, non-town) pane in white. Let me know if you see it.
As always, we appreciate your help testing out Grid12. Please let us know if you spot any problems.

Squadron tags/stat pages are nice, I also noticed a slight increase in fps this build. Also glad to see the convoy boss bug was fixed.

I've noticed an (unnoticeable without the stats widget) increase in FPS as well. Zooming out still causes a significant decrease, though.

White-tile bug: Nothing was out of the ordinary when this occurred - no lag or other bugs noticed. Zooming out and in made it go away after a momentary delay of under a second.

it seems that if you already have a few white tiles on your screen and you kill a tower all the tiles on the screen will turn white. any kind of movement will cause it to revert back to the original tiles. edit: this idea on trello is really intriguing: perhaps each bubble has a color; green=100hp red=500hp purple=2000hp ? I would definitely suggest going through with it as it would be cleaner than the current health bars while also being aesthetically nice and still giving a decent description of how much hp an enemy has.
