Little bug with Tank selection

Is this only supposed to be available in a Town? I seem to be able to access the Tank selection menu anywhere in the Grid.

But other than that, I haven't noticed anything.

P.S. Watchtower OP nerf pls. Jk haha, but it definitely caught me off guard!

It's only supposed to be available in a town, but the tank selection menu can be opened (at some risk of danger!) anywhere, even though it'll yell at you when you actually try to use it.
