Unable to Load Game

I tried out the game on my netbook a few days ago for the first time, and while there was some lag (the netbook isn't the fastest computer) it seemed to have no problems. I decided to close out the tab without completing the tutorial.

Two days ago I tried the game again on my main laptop, and found that when I press play the screen remains blank, save for a circle in the center and the runtime specs box in the top left. Clicking on the screen made a red circle appear, but beyond that nothing would change. There is no issue with the music.

This was during Build 47. I decided to wait on it before reporting anything, and when I tried playing today (in Build 48) I experienced the same exact problem.

PS. Is there a particular protocol for reporting bugs/glitches? I don't want to bog down the forum with unnecessary threads.

Have same issue on my desktop. Laptop plays fine.

Desktop:
windows 7 64bit
flash 11.7 whatever (also tried 11.5)
GTX 420 gpu
uhh... tried in IE, Firefox, Chrome, and Flash Projector.

This happened to someone else and they came in IRC to ask about it (I think) try changing your password then logging in again.

If our theory is correct, one in 16 accounts will have this problem, and changing your password will fix it. You can change it back to the old one afterwards.

Yes, changing the password did the trick.

This happend to me, changing password isn't working.

This is also happening to me today first time i try to play. Changing the password did not resolve issue, any ideas?

Edit: also tried logging out and back in and refreshing
