Are we ever going to make an official website? Or will we just stick with these forums? A website would be pretty cool.

Personally, I think these forums are a little hard to navigate.

Although I know what you mean about this website being confusing at first, and I know how an 'official website' is nice and professional, but I've kinda grown to like these boards. I'm not heavily against changing forums, but I'm not sure why it's necessary, at least not until large amounts of people start asking for one when the game is fully released or something.

I don't think the game needs a website just yet, it's still early in the development. Also, RotMG has never had a website either (aside from the forum + wiki, afaik), so what's the big deal?

At least merge the domain with grid12.com. .proboards looks unprofessional.

Yes, I am agreed with both Quicklite and Gingerbear comment. I'm quite familiar with this kind of forum. And yet, creating a website doesn't seems very effective at this rate. Furthermore, we can using spoilers and quoting someone's comment, which is wonderful ! : )
After some comment previews, it seems we are unable to wrap a comment with spoiler. This cannot be!
@light : Grid12 . com is the game site. Also, the game still on closed alpha testing. I'm sorry for unpalatable comment, but I don't think developers should give more effort on this matter. They haven't get any single income, yet . So, why should they pay more whilst there's a free object to use?

Other than the .proboards bit... I really don't think proboards are that bad. It could easily be reskinned to look a little nicer, but all in all, it's not bad forum software. There is(/was) an official site for jetbolt.com (as there should be), and that's all that's really necessary.

Yes, a skin would be nice. But PHP forums software is everywhere, so it would be easy to just create a forums, under a subdomain of grid12.com.

I think its own domain would be nice but it is not needed. I think the forums is perfectly find for a "home website".

These forums seem sufficient at the moment but an official website would be better, especially when the forums grow .

Unless there's a way to transfer stuff, it seems like the game's early history will be lost if there's a forum switch later.

We could just download all the pages manually and put them in an archive for interested folks.
