Build 10

I pushed build 10 live to the site. Some important changes:

* Fix (hopefully) zoom issues on both Mac and PC
* Make zoom interpolate instead of snap
* Add tutorial
* Add initial parts of lenses (loot at bottom of screen)
* Add many new possibilities to town name generator
* Add research system

Please reply here with bug reports, comments, suggestions, etc
