So, although the in-game music is good to listen to (for about a good 5 minutes, sorry! ), I'm wondering who listens to what while playing Grid12. I'm really fond of Crusader: No Regret soundtracks (which is an old DOS game that desperately needs a remake), you can listen to them here. Or if I feel like playing Grid in arcade mode, then Tyrian soundtracks are the way to go (listen to them here).

I listen to the grid12 soundtrack since it makes me feel relaxed and it gives me the power to continue

I find that if you focus on the Grid12 track you'll hate it, but much like Realm's track, left in the backround it does its job well.
Sometimes I just play with no music at all in the backround, or a Let's Play of something just to have extra sound.

I just leave a pandora station up. Listening to music while playing makes me feel badass.

I like the Crusader: No Regret Soundtrack that gingerbear mentioned, but what I mostly listen to while playing Grid12 is my playlist on YouTube or sometimes pandora(rarely).

I normally listen to the same stuff as while playing RotMG - my favorite video game music stored on my computer. There's 155 pieces of music. Pure, nostalgic, bliss.
