I feel that, honestly, if someone WANTS to be called VAGINA all day or anything like that, they should be allowed to.

Hype, on one level, I totally agree. This sort of name doesn't bother me personally at all. But Grid12 is a public place, and I want it to feel welcoming and non-hostile for everyone. For usernames, there is no way for others to opt out -- I can't mute a username, for example. So I hold those to a higher standard.
