Universal Bug List/ Abused Glitches

Well I suppose this is something that can help with keeping build notes less cluttered with minor and or major bugs, and keep it on what they are supposed to serve for... feedback on that specific build.
Post any known bugs here and if possible include screen caps or a detailed explanation. It wouldn't be to bad if you striked through any bugs that have been fixed as well or just deleted the post after it is fixed. Feel free to post known glitches that are being abused as well.
I will attempt to keep a master list here, and add parentheses next to bugs that get added to the Roadmap, currently I will try to categorize bugs as well.
Off the top of my head the bugs I've seen most often are
1. Chat scroll bug. The chat likes to arbitrarily scroll to the top every so often. Unknown (to me) cause.
Crunches bug list: Crunch
1) Town level-ups reset many UI Menus including: Tank stats, Tank Select, Leaderboards, For Sale Menu, etc.
To reproduce : Navigate to a menu and view a non default page > Level any town > Menu resets to default page
(Note: I wasn't paying enough attention to be sure, but I think that this just happened again, yet it was after a different type of server message was announced. Could it be chat related rather than strictly town-level related?)
2) Subcom bounds can overlap into neighboring regions by one tile, occupying as many as 4 regions. This can be a real pain when overlapping into an unexplored Maze region.
To reproduce : Spawn subcom in region with borders mainly intact > Notice subcom boxes overlapping region bounds
3) Can't teleport to a town if there is a red player icon covering the town icon. I think I see something similar to this on the roadmap under Mousecatcher, but I'll put this here anyway.
To reproduce : Start at Origin > Teleport anywhere else > Try to teleport back to origin by clicking on town icon > Notice that player icons prevent this
4) Convoy vehicles appear to spin counter-clockwise while in Click-to-Move Mode (follow camera).
To reproduce : Attack convoy in Click-to-Move Mode (follow camera) > You or teammates approach from rear uncloaked > When in close proximity, vehicle will appear to spin
5) Patrols despawn even when their map icon is visible, meaning: while it's in view of players or cities. This isn't really a bug, but if you are directly under the patrol, it shouldn't vanish in a puff of smoke.
To reproduce : Spawn patrol to a mostly cleared > Notice that it vanished whether you're there to see it or not
6) Inconsistent explosions when enemies die.
To reproduce : unsure. Play the game long enough with smoke on and you'll notice that some blink out while others explode.
7 Triggers used during a lag spike don't affect any enemies not currently visible.
To reproduce : Use Pred while experiencing lag > Use Tachyon Burst on incomplete Nova > After rubberband, all minions not initially visible during the Burst will be full health.
(Note: I'm not sure what could be done about this, but it certainly negates the usefulness of triggers during times of lower performance.)
8) Zoom glitch. It's possible to break the the player zoom function by rapidly zooming in/out.
To reproduce : Enter game > Using mousewheel, zoom back and forth rapidly > View breaks

(Note: Only verified on Win7 w/ mousewheel. I'm unable to duplicate using Q/E keys. Also, I haven't tested on a laptop trackpad.) (I can verify this on Win 8.1 in chrome as well as across XP and 7)
9) Minions react to cloaked tanks within their sight range.
To reproduce : Use cloakable class > Approach Nova while cloaked > Notice the minions' reaction to tank
(Note: Seemingly the same for seeking missiles. They still target cloaked players but do not explode.)
10) When liquidating items, if the numerical value of the offer exceeds a certain threshold of digits, then no number shows up on the confirm dialogue.

To reproduce : Find offer with several digits > Liquidate item > Notice menu
11) When traveling to waypoints, tanks take a curved route. See the video here. This seems to happen in all move modes, but is most noticeable in follow cam.
To reproduce : Use any tank > Set waypoint on map > Notice curved route
(Note: The amplitude of the arc seems to be related to distance traveled. So, small fishtails to close waypoints, but arcs several tiles wide when traveling far.)

2) (Kelsoo IE Myself) Window resize. The game does not like to resize and offcenters if you try as well as keeping the actual gamewindow small. A problem on bigger/higher resolution monitors that can make playing the game straining for the eyes.
3) Maze regions are able to spawn in such a way that makes them impossible to enter, currently if you are experienced enough and have a trail or two you can still enter.

1) HP value client and server inconsistency. Most obvious consequence are deaths in origin after "safe" escape.
2) Prices are stored as floats. They should be stored as integers.
3) New message scrolls the chat down even when you manually scrolled it up.

Chat command /help doesn't show whisper/private message command, or many commands, more of a annoyance then a bug
Easy fix (adding an element to an array, assuming you don't save it in the DB), low priority.
Tank Bugs and or Glitches:
1) Thunderbolt sometimes can't shoot objects within a certain range. If you were to approach a dying enemy for loot (e.g. Pizza-Voy) getting too close would cause you to stop shooting until you backed up again, taking unnecessary damage or maybe even getting killed.
To reproduce : Use Thunder > Approach any single target > Within certain distance, Thunder will (usually) stop targeting closest enemy
2) Vindicator's 4th trigger continues to heal after switching to non-Vindicator tank(s).
To reproduce : Use Vind's 4th Trigger > Switch tanks > Watch as health is replenished while taking damage. (Currently recognized on the Roadmap)
3) Cloak persists on tank switch. I can get into a trailblazer, cloak, and switch to another tank while remaining cloaked for the full duration. The most ridiculous use of this trick is to cloak yourself for an unlimited duration by constantly switching between trailblazer or any other tank where the triggers line up, IE Herc/Thunderbolt in a town. If you have a cloak ready in the wilderness it can offset the danger somewhat and provide enough time to try and switch tanks off of a Trail into one that can attack and let your shields regen.

4) Justin has found that when doing voys with a Corsair, if you use omnicharge and the enemy is hitting you, I don't take damage (obviously).
However, when Omnicharge runs out, you will suddenly start taking damage before your shield disappears or shows any sign of damage.
