Hi everyone, here are the changes for this week:

* Buff loot in FLR region.
* Set FLR region to orange threat level.
* Added K-1000 subcommander for FLR regions.
* Redid Grid Control Tower a little.

We've been spending a lot of time working on refining our internal tools, and Rob is out of town, so this week doesn't have too much, be we hope you enjoy what there is.
